A car you "found?" How do you know it wasn't stolen? Or stolen and abandoned? In either case, you could be charged with having stolen property, especially if you bring it to the attention of a RMV for a title. Why do you think the car had a lien (car loan) on it? If you know there was a loan, you know who owned the car. Have you reported your "find" to the owner?
