Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
The movie star diet, though a good way to slim down is good for stars because they have a group of people who are at their whim and fancy to help them and guide them along with the slimming process.
If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 15kg within 2 mths doing a detox.
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Though it may not seem like it, depression is a reaction to a choice of how we focus on what is in life. It can keep us from making the changes we desire, and increase the undesired situation.
It may sound too simple, but find some real happiness about yourself first. What are you grateful for? Are your desires for yourself realistic, or based on what you want OTHERS to think of you? Accept the way you are, and find something to be grateful for, about it. (Sometimes if I'm really down, I can at least be grateful that I'm not on fire!)
You then can to start a gradual upswing in your attitude and activity towards your goal, realize that you ARE worth it, CAN do it, and will ENJOY making progress TOWARDS your goal, rather than AWAY from your "problem".

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
