will lotion containing fake tanner mess up my tattoos or make them look funny? i am trying to cut down on the tanning bed, and was curious. thank you.

i use lotions with gradual fake tanners. it will tint your tattoo just like it will tint your skin but it doesn't do any damage or alter it permanently. definitely a better alternative to ruining your tattoo and skin with uv rays.

As long as the tattoo's have been healed for awhile, the loition with fake tanner in it is better for your tattoos then the tanning bed. Tanning bed's and sunbathing can make tattoo's fade, but the fake stuff won't!

if you have permanent tattoos then no worries. If the tat's are brand new I'd wait till you take the bandage off... after that you'll be fine. Self tanner fades, your ink will stick around un-phased.

Should be fine unless they are really new tattoos and they haven't healed yet.....No reason to really apply it to the tat though is there?
