It is Bulgarian and (sorry) it is rude. "deba" is a short form of "da eba" = to perform copulation. So in short "mama ti deba" means "f*** your mother" and is used in cases you would say in English "f*** you".
The other expression "na majka ti v putkata" literally means "in your mother's reproductive organ" and it is used as a statement of denial. In such cases one would say in English "go f*** yourself" or "f*** off".

It is definitely Bulgarian language. It's very rude. It's grammatically better to say "Majka ti da eba" ... but "mama ti deba" also will do.
"Na maikati putkata" is typed wrongly. It is actually "Na majka ti putkata". Which means - your mothers c*nt.
Don't use these words. And report abuse if somebody is using that language.
I hope I'm in help.

That's right! It;s very rude. The correct pronunciation is "mama ti da eba". It literally means "I wanna f*** you mom!" The other statement "na maikati putkata" literally means "your mother's p***y". These both are very rude and are often used when you want to express strong feelings about something. If you hear some of the above appointed to you, you can strike back with some of the following:
"na maikati u putkata selska"
"da go tura na maika ti"
"shte klatq maika ti kago gladen ciganin djanka" (literally" "I'm gonna shake you mom like hungry gipsy "djanka" tree.")
Of course, in most cases you can use Stoichkov's words:
"da ti eba putkata maina" or "she ti eba putkata maina".

I would like to add something: "maikati" is not gramatically correct. It would be the same as "yourmother".
So, if the person, who has told you that, is a guy, you may answer something not so rude: "ebi se v gyz", for example. It is neutral enough to cancel all the conversation and a potential punch.
If this is a girl, you can just ask her why she prefers your mother than you or other younger person.

Unfortunately my friend... it is rude :)
mama means mom,
ti - to you,
deba - look deeba or da eba - means "to ****" or "will ****"
The sense of the whole sentence is :
"I will **** your mother!"
This is one of the most famous Bulgarian curses. You can use it in us too, it sounds cool :)

I'm from Bulgaria and ''mama ti deba'' means ''F*ck your mother!'' but it's written with some mistakes...
Also ''na maika ti putkata'' means ''Your mothers's pussy.''
It looks like somebody was insulting you, but just by the way it's written I can say it's a really stupid person. :)

Literally , this expression means "To have sex with your mother" or "yor mother to have sex with me " or something like that . Because of bulgarians' brutal language culture in Bulgaria this expression is used like a greeting like between friends. For example "Yo pedal da ti eba maikata kak si " . There are many phrases like this which literally are used to offend someone but actually most bulgarians will respond with a smile if it is used in the right context . For example "kuv go durvi6 waaaa" or "Ai ebi sa v guza" .
