There is a difference between owning a restaurant and working at one. He owns the Meas Grill. Now I'm sure he shows up at times and checks on the kitchen, might even throw together a meal or two. However I'm sure that is about it. Remember he owns a few restaurants and has a TV show. Those take a lot of time on top of his already busy life.

When you own it, you don't have to work there. Just hire someone to do the job and have a show on TV. You can make much more and have more exposure.
