first of all...
you need to eat really really healthy!
nothing sweet, fatty...NO cokes!..etc.

but, anyhow..
run on the tread mill!!
{{thats what i do}}
or...jump on the tread mill!!
it may sound dumb..but it's what i do!!

..or go to the gym
....or ride a bike vigorously!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. overall weight loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You can't actaully lose weight from a specific part of your body. You body loses it from all over your body, no matter where or what it is that you exercise.

say i do push ups. I won't lose the weight from my arms, rather evenly from all over my body.

so if you want to lose thigh fat fast, you will need to lose weight from your whole body.
to do this, get your heart rate up to 120beats/min. that is the fat buring pulse rate.
