i already run two times every other day and i cant lose weight i need help

First thing in the mornig make 30 to 45 minutes of exercise, after that drink 2 to 4 glasses of water in the morning.
Do not drink pops (nor diet coke nor coke zero).
Do not eat fries or fast food, replace it for fruit vegetables and meet (preferably not fried, grilled or boiled). You can even eat 4 to five times a day but remember fruits and vegetables.
Try to drink 2 liters of water everyday (counting the first glases). That will send you to the path of lossing weight.
Don't expect results in one day or week...
You can also go to a nutriologist who can make you a custom diet. Good luck

the most efficient way to lose weight is to set up a caloric debt. Which means watch your calorie intake and pay attention to serving sizes. Stay away from un natural sugars such as anything other than fruit, also saturated fats are bad and trans fats, eat whole wheat bread which is actually quite good. If you wanna see more results along with this caloric debt exercise for 20 minutes a day 4 days a week( walking, jogging, bike riding, rollerblading) switch it up to nobody wants to do the same thing every time they exercise and its actually proven that your body will get used to it and it will have a minimal effect after a while. The main thing to realize is that losing weight is only good if you keep it up cause the second you stop exercising you ll gain it all back. That's why it is considered a lifestyle change. Think of it as a bank account the more you put into it the more you ll have when you need it. Good luck and i hope this information has helped you :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i have just lost almost a stone in 2 weeks by cutting out sugar e.g like in my tea,on my careal and not eating chocolate and sweets which i asure you was very hard but so worth the result lol. Also i cut out bread, crisps and potatoes and i felt so much lighhter and not so bloated. i was a size 10 but felt uncomfortable so now im in to a size 8 but i still want to loose only a tiny bit more weight and i am going to stick to healthy eating as i feel so good. i also didnt do no exersise but 20 situps each morning and 20 more on the night just to start toning your stomach muscles. good luck x

Sounds like your body has gotten used to running. I suggest drinking more water, cutting out all sodas and fast food, and starting a new (different) fitness routine. You should be getting 60 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week and doing light lifting 3 times a week (30-45 minute sessions).
