I saw all the things your church teaches you to say and anything Christian you missed will probably be told you by one of the other answerers. As a Pagan, the terrible thing that left your question and detail a huge void, is that, not one time did you mention Love.
I would like to believe that all religions would place personal love of the two human beings in a marriage as a highly rated subject. If there is no love there is no marriage. Lust can lead to love, but lust must be contained by the strength of your love, not help from any God.

You need to understand why you can't be faithful. If you really are interested in your marriage then go talk to a counselor. Your wife MAY decide she is not interested in continuing the marriage.

Maybe you aren't meant to overcome it yet. There might still be some lessons for you to learn. God may be using events to mold you to his purpose. What you gain from this experience may be relevant to some future calling.
Jesus said who is the more grateful for having his debt cleared, the man who owes a little or the man who owes a lot.

First, I would advise you to stay away from all sexual activity. And have faith in God. Read and study His word, especially when you are feeling weak. He has promised that His followers will not be tempted beyond our ability, but that we always will have a route of escape when temptation comes.

Listen you cannot have your cake and eat it, your wife has been betrayed and you really have no idea how painful this is, sorry to say this but you do not deserve her, you may actually need professional help with your infidelity problem.

Actually, you under estimate God. If you truly wanted to be a decent husband, you have to turn it FULLY over to God. You cannot do it on your own. Especially if you are that bad. And if you truly do not want to be married, that is a different story.
