Chances are you won't listen to my advice and will try to lose 30 pounds in a month, but I will give you my two cents in hopes that you'll be more educated. There is no possible HEALTHY way to lose that weight. Losing weight at a rate of 1-2 pounds a week is the best way. Start counting your calories and make sure that you eat at least 1500 calories a day so that your internal organs will be able to function. So I think that if you do this, you can lose anywhere from 8 to 12 pounds. If you do things the unhealthy way, either 1) you're body will go into starvation mode so that when you eat normal again you'll gain all that weight back; 2) the strict diet will cause you to stop dieting and your efforts will be wasted because you can't live off of a diet like that; or 3) there are possible health risks that you might have to face due to your restrictive diet.

"The only way you can do that is losing water weight and that wont do you any good. its dangerous and your body wont be hydrated causing you to feel dizzy and even faint. and if you do it you will find out it wasnt worth it when you get knocked out because your too lightheaded to fight
profesional boxers lose about 5lbs in water in a day before the weigh in but any more then that is just stupid
either take 6 months to lose 30 pounds or fight at a weight somewhere around your current weight."

Not sure if the cleansing will drop 30 lbs in 30 days. It comes down to math really and you have to know your metabolic rate - how many calories does your body need per day for basic functions - 2,500?
3,200 calories basically = 1 lb. In order to lose weight 30 lbs in 30 days, you have be in deficit of 3,200 calories per day.

To lose one pound of bodyfat you need to eat 3,500 calories less than your body uses. So to lose 30lbs you would need to consume 105,000 fewer calories than your body uses over 30 days. This works out at a 3,500 calories per day deficit.
A typical person would expend around 2,000 calories a day. The recommended minimum diet is around 1,200 calories per day. So the only way for you to achieve a 3,500 calorie deficit will be to eat 1,200 calories and burn an additional 2,700 calories per day exercising (1,200 calorie diet less 2,000 you burn less 2,700 exercising = 3,500 calorie deficit).
Walking every day for around 3 hours at a brisk pace would probibly allow you to burn this number of calories.
So in summary you would need to go on a 1,200 calorie per day diet and walk 3 hours at a brisk pace every day.
