i filed my NY tax (state and federal) with my accountant around end of March. I received my Federal tax return but havent received my State tax yet. i received my federal couple of weeks after i filed my tax but havent had state tax. its been around 4 weeks since i received my state tax return... did u guys got your State tax return yet?

When your refund will arrive will depend largely on whether your accountant e-filed or mailed in your return. According to the NY Dept of Taxation, you should receive your refund by Friday, May 18th.
In the mean time, you can check the status of your return online at the second link below or by calling 1-800-443-3200; you'll need to know your social security number, which NY form was filed, and the dollar amount of the expected refund. Good luck! :-)

State returns can be slower, contact your state dept of revenue.
