Do any airlines offer first class from chicago to vegas.. American, united, us airways ?

Of course, why wouldn't they?
However first class is grossly over rated for the cost. On a short flight like from Chicago, it would cost about 4 times the economy class fare. However you won't be getting 4 times the benefit. If you have the money to burn, then go for it.

All 3 offer first class on this route. If you can get Midwest Express's "Signature Service" flight from MKE to LAS, that offers MUCH better value--it's essentially first class domestic at coach fares. http://www.midwestairlines.com/MAWeb/
