OK last night i started getting a stomach ache, I thought maybe it was just from eating. I took some Tums and the pain kinda went away (but I'm not sure if i was just having the mentality because Tums usually work for me.) The pain came back and i took 2 more. It didn't stop, I went to bed with an ice pack and put it on my stomach, then my back started to hurt, I put it on my back and then my stomach urt again, I gave up on this I took some Motrin and went to sleep.now when i lift my right leg the side of my stomach feels like someone stabbed me. CAN THISS BE APENDOCITIS?!?!?!?! FOOD POISONING WHAT??? and FYI when I sit down the pain goes awayy

from your description this sounds like appendicitis. If it was food poisoning you would be vomiting. My advice is to see your doctor as soon as possible. I recommend you telephone the doctor right away.

It sounds a little like appendicitis. I mean the most common sign of it is a sharp pain in the right side near the pelvic bone so I'm not sure but you say that you have pain in your right side but I'm also not a doctor so I don't really know
