Judy B: A more literal translation of Heb 13:4 "...and the marriage bed is to be undefiled" This verse is speaking of marital fidelity because the verse goes on to say that God will judge "fornicators and adulterers". The verse doesn't apply to whether a certain sex act between spouses should be considered sinful or not.

From the Daily Utah Chronicle: A letter from the first presidency to all bishops, stake presidents, etc. regarding interviewing for temple worthiness specifically addresses this issue.

In the section that addresses impure or unholy practices between married persons, the letter clearly states, "The First Presidency has interpreted oral sex as constituting an unnatural, impure, or unholy practice."

It's dated Jan. 5, 1982 and is signed by the first presidency.

What goes on between a husband and wife in the bedroom is sacred and between them and God and NO ONE ELSE. Shoot, I know some mormons who think that openmouth kissing is a sin. But, I don't know that anyone as ever told me that this and this is ok, but this and this is not. No Mormon I know wants to put themselves in that position.

"The First Presidency has interpreted oral sex as constituting an unnatural, impure, or unholy practice. If a person is engaged in a practice which troubles him enough to ask about it, he should discontinue it...Married persons should understand that if in their marital relations they are guilty of unnatural, impure, or unholy practices, they should not enter the temple unless and until they repent and discontinue any such practices. Husbands and wives who are aware of these requirements can determine by themselves their standing before the Lord." Gordon B Hinckley

"I was shocked to have you raise the question about `oral lovemaking in the genital area among married couples.' Heaven forbid any such degrading activities which would be abhorrent in the sight of the Lord. For any Latter-day Saint... to engage in any kind of perversions of this sacred God-given gift of procreation would be sure to bring down the condemnation of the Lord whom we would offend were we to engage in any such practice." Harold B. Lee

"If it is unnatural, you just don't do it. That is all, and all the family life should be kept clean and worthy and on a very high plane. There are some people who have said that behind the bedroom doors anything goes. That is not true and the Lord would not condone it." Spencer W. Kimball

No, Joseph Smith didn't "reveal it" He wasn't a *complete* idiot.

These are the rantings of viagra-deprived old white males who continue the imposition into mormon bedrooms.

Actually, there is not specific doctrine in our church that addresses such specific acts. Here is what we are actually taught.

"Brethren, we who lead the Church are responsible to see that you are taught in plainness. I, therefore, must make reference to a matter that otherwise I would not present in a meeting such as this. There are evil and degrading practices which, in the world, are not only condoned but encouraged. Sometimes married couples in their intimate expression of love to one another are drawn into practices that are unholy, unworthy, and unnatural. We receive letters from time to time asking for a definition of “unnatural” or “unworthy.” Brethren, you know the answer to that. If in doubt at all, do not do it. Surely no holder of the priesthood would feel worthy to accept advancement in the priesthood or sign his temple recommend if any impure practice were a part of his life. If, perchance, one of you has been drawn into any degrading conduct, cast it away from you so that when you are subject to a worthiness interview you can answer to yourself, and to the Lord, and to the interviewing priesthood officer that you are worthy. "
- N. Eldon Tanner, Ensign, November 1978:42

Specific things we know to be against God's plan and therefore sinful are:

Coercion - When a man and a woman enter into the marriage covenant, they become accountable to their Father in Heaven for the way in which they carry out those holy promises. This accountability extends to how they treat each other in all phases of their lives, including their intimate relationship. Unfortunately, Church leaders hear accounts of spouses being 'forced' or 'coerced' into forms of sexual conduct repulsuve to them.

Unnatural Behavior - Church leaders are concerned about being too explicit in their remarksand thereby stirring curiousity. They don't attempt to define terms; rather, they teach and reason about general principles, hoping the Church members will have ears to hear without the need for specific or detailed explantions and proscriptions. THe message repeatedly stressed by Church leaders is that there is a ligne to be drawn between that which is uplifing, enriching, and unifying, and that which is degrading, unholy and destructive.

Overall, since each couple is unique, and since adequate sexual arousal is difficult for many, individuals, there is an apparent distinction between foreplay - those prepratory arousal techniques that make sexual intercouse possible and enjoyable - and intercouse itself. What a couple does to bring each other to a state of arousal sufficient to complete the sexual experience is left (within appropriate bounds) to the discretion fo the couple.

EDIT: A note on Mr. Peeper's 'quotes' below. I looked. The quotes attributed to Pres. Hinckely and Pres. Lee can not be found anywhere in Mormon doctrine, thus why he/she did not list a source for the quote. The only place I was able to find these statements were on anti-mormon sites, and from site to site, the quotes were slightly or drastically different, with different dates and authors attributed to them. Doesn't say much for their authenticity. The quote from Pres. Kimball is accurate, but does not list any specific activites as sinful. He is simply saying not everything goes just because you're married, and it is left to us to interpret which activities he was referring to. Most believe he was referring to any kind of coercion and/or abuse in the relationship.

Jehovah's Witness' don't practice this filth either.
1st I'd like to say, YOU are supposed to / you Must,
'Wash' your hands after going to relieve urself....
WHY would YOU 'WANT' germs of this kind in your wife's mouth!!!?!!?

Do the research, the practice came from prostitution.
As we all know, birth control hasn't been around for very long, unlike prostitution, so as to not get preg., cuz than she couldn't work, she would use her mouth.

sinful (ur word, not mine)
is anything that misses the mark as set my our Creator.
Would include unheathful practices.
Like smoking. Aaaand, fellatio.
