Honestly, all foods have salt. But vegetables have low amounts of it. If you're going on a low-sodium diet as advised by your doctor, then stick closer with the veggies than the Moos, Quacks, Oinks, and Bwuaks.

Produce for one. Salt is an additive so most foods in their natural state will be salt free or very low in salt.
