ok i have this friend...who i have been friends with for like 2 1/2 -3 years when i first met him he was with a girl he had been dating for like 3 years so he was of limits and it was ok cuz i didn't really like him then!!! but then one summer( like 2 summers ago) he broke it off with his girlfriend and he spent everyday with me he told me he didn't want a new girlfriend just like friends with benefits......so a couple of our mutual friends were making out with him one night and i got mad cuz it was gross and annoying so i went outside to hangout and later that night he told me it would have been better if i would have just stayed in there and talked to him instead of him making out with the other girls.......then like a week later we went camping with some friends and i rode out to the camp site with him after he got off work and i asked him what he would do if i kissed him and he said he wouldn't mind...but he didn't say he wanted me too either!!!.....more details coming!!!!!

he ended up getting back with his ex and they moved in together in a city like 2-3 hours away so i didn't talk to him for like almost a year (mainly cuz his gf didn't like me) but they finally broke up again and has moved on and is totally over it.....he lives in a town like 1/2 hour away now...and i'm gonna move there soon for college he has a new gf for right now but his new gf cheats frequently so i don't think it will last!!! but my question is do u think he like me??? or are we just friends?? and if u think he likes me do u think i should tell him that i like him and wanna date him???...i think he thinks i like his brother cuz some stuff happened between us and i told him that liked his brother but i don't anymore i just like him so should i make sure he knows i like him???

I do think he has feelings for you, but it sounds like it has been going on for a LONG time...did he maybe give up and think that you guys would never be more than "friends with benefits"?
As far as the brother goes...depending on how close him and his brother are, he might consider you sort of off limits now.
