plz help me
i am 13.....so not like big exspensive diets?

guess what - sit ups will make you gain weight and your belly look bigger because there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
the only way to burn fat is by cardio (running, jogging, cycling, swimming - anything that elevates your heart rate and makes you sweat)
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

To lose 10lbs by June 8th is not only dangerous but the weight that you do lose will probably just pile right back on. If you are wanting to lose weight your best bet is just to get up and get moving. Sit-ups will not lose all the weight for you. A great inexpensive exercise is running. Start out walking mostly and then add a little bit of light jogging. After time you can add more and more jogging and less walking.
Instead of making it a chore (which all diets are) use this as an opportunity to create a healthy active lifestyle.

Do at least 100 at night. Two sets of 50, 4 sets of 25, 5 sets of 20. Anyway you do it do at least 100. Also try at least 20 push ups. Food is also another important thing in weight loss. Try cutting down on pop. Say you drink 30 cans a month (1 everyday for 30 days). If you stop drinking pop or switch to diet that is a cut down of about 9000 calories (300 cal per pop x 30), which is about 3 pounds. Also try to snack less and eat lean proteins. Fruits and vegetables are great too, and even fruit Popsicles!! and don't feel guilty if you cheat once in a while!! GOOD LUCK!! I WISH YOU THE BEST!! and i am 13 too, and last summer i lost 25 pounds just by diet and exercise!

You need to do more than just sit ups. Do some cardio and weight lifting along with a healthy diet. Also don't put a deadline on when you need to lose weight; though it keep you motivated, you can get discouraged if it doesn't come quickly.

Also, they less amount of sit ups you do the more results (try 3-4 reps of 15-20). Anymore than that, you are wasting your time.

Situps will not help you lose weight. you need to cut out sugars and do cardio daily for about 45 minutes every day. diets dont' work. eating healthy and exercising is the only way to maintain a healthy weight.

If yo are looking to lose weight, sit-ups will not work. All you will be doing is building the muscles underneath the layer of fat, so you will not see them. What you need to do is cardio....basically run. Try to go for a run every day. You can still do your crunches (so you can see your abs after you get rid of the fat)

let me see I'm 13 and i work out i don't only do sit ups i do yoga, polities, weight lifting, i run, bike, hike, swim in summer i do lots of stuff well if you wont to lose 10 lbs by June 10th than i would eat healthy, eat salads, have less junk food, drink water, water, and more water. don't have fried meats. and do exercises. just anything that gets u moving

you wont be able to lose weight from sit ups alone, you need cardio exercise.
