We were winning when I left in 1968, and I am sure we won by the American market at this time. All of Pop eyes catfish are raised in Vietnam, a great deal of shrimp sold in America was shipped from Vietnam. I went back to Vietnam twice in 2005. Trust me, we won.

No one. Their was a peace settlement made but a year later when the north invaded the south the liberals did not hold up their part to help the south.

to all those that are making fun of the anti war movement, why in 13 years was our military unable to win if it was going to win eventually?
