Maybe its your diet, if not then check your blood, after years of suffering from fatigue I found out i had G6PD (i get tired when i eat beans and the like of it) so go to the doctor and check out whats causing this.

You need more oxygen in your blood stream. Best thing to do is get on your feet every hour on the hour & walk up & down a hallway for 5 min. each time. This is graeat as an exercise as well. Try to work your way up to 10 min. each hour. Also, avoid sugars & carbs.
