I just got off depo provera 8 months ago and have not been able to lose weight just counting calories and using the treadmill. Can eating diet frozen dinners only and maybe special k for breakfast help someone lose weight? Thanks

It is best to make your own meals, that way you know exactly what is going into them.
Packaged foods just don't offer the same nutrients as fresh meals. You would be better off continuing your current regimen while paying closer attention to your portion sizes.

I lost almost 40 pounds eating Lean Cuisines for lunch almost daily. I was also exercising regularly as well as counting my calories daily. I still enjoy the Lean Cuisine meals and find most of them quite tasty. Healthy Choice was not to my liking. These frozen meals do contain a lot of sodium, so if you have the time make your meals from fresh ingrediants. Yahoo has a week of healthy meal recipes they post each Monday.

No. With the amount of sodium in them, you should only have 1 frozen meal a day (if even that). Having all that sodium will cause you to become really bloated & possible give you high blood pressure. Stick with the Spacial K for breakfast & a frozen meal for lunch & make yourself something fresh for dinner.

I eat Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers frozen meals a lot and am losing weight. it's easier to keep track of calories and fat with them. make sure you eat enough calories. I eat 5 or 6 meals a day, drink lots of water, and exercise every day. if I don't eat enough calories, I don't lose.

No they are full of sodium and very bad for you.
