1. Brush your teeth after every meal or snack
2. get a tounge scraper and use it before brushing
3. eat a bit of parsely every day.
4. don't eat anything with sugar in it. Some breath mints work at first but will give you bad breath within an hour or so (e.g., altoids).
5. See a dentist regularly/take good care of your teeth!

First, floss. Tons of stinky stuff is stuck down there in your gums. So floss, twice a day. You might bleed a bit at first, but that's only gonna happen for a bit until your gums get used to being clean.
Second, Listerine rinse, twice a day at least and as needed.
Third, scrape your tongue. If you have some white or brown junk on your tongue, that could be the problem. Take a spoon and use it to scrape gently a few times -- do this twice a day for a couple of weeks and you'll have a tip-top clean pink tongue.
And your breath will be tops.
Added -- after coffee or tea, do a quick water rinse.

Try sucking on a lemon when your breath feels stank. You can also put a wedge in your water when you drink. This really works, I'm from Louisiana and we use lemon to get the crawfish smell off our hands when we're done ripping their little heads off.

bad breath comes from bacteria in your mouth breaking down food you've eaten. bad breath always comes back, it's just a matter of when. if you don't eat anything after using mouthwash and brushing and flossing... your minty fresh scent will deteriorate into dragon breath more slowly. if you have a big bowl of sugar sweetened yogurt (lots of fructose and lots of lactose), your breath is gonna smell foul in about an hour, regardless of the last time you brushed

Floss, brush ur teeth for 2 mins, use a non-alcohol mouthwash. Sometimes alcohol can dry out ur mouth and bad breath returns. Brush and scrape ur tongue, roof of mouth, cheeks, lips. Drink plenty of water. Keep away from smoking, coffee, garlic, onions, fish and junk food. Eat tons of fruit, veggies. And see ur hygenist often. good luck!

If you have bad breath it means you're really unhealthy. Just eat org. food. Drink and bathe in pure water. Do not eat pig, and shell fish. No dairy of any sort, including organic milk, unless right from the cow. Do not put anything on your skin you would not eat(soap, tooth paste, hand lotion). This is a good cure for dander too.

Just make sure you are brushing your tounge several times a day and always keep a mint handy. Your tounge is what smells in your mouth. That is why we have mouth rinse so that the tounge can absorb some of it too. Good luck.

Floss constantly. Brush your teeth after every meal, snack and beverage. Eat no garlic or onions. Carry mints and gum everywhere. Order your life around the scent of your mouth.

First thing you have to do is brush your teeth. Not just once a month but every single day. :)
