I don't know of any churches here that celebrate Mass in Latin according to the 1970 missal. Here are the churches that celebrate according to the 1962 missal:

EDIT:
I never thought I'd see the day I disagree with imacatholic2, but I must object to his/her statement that "Current rules in the Catholic Church state that the Mass must be said in the language of the people of the area. Therefore a Mass in Latin is actually against current rules..."
The Code of Canon states that "The eucharistic celebration is to be carried out in the Latin language or in another language provided that the liturgical texts have been legitimately approved." (Can. 928)
Cardinal Arinze, head of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, recently reiterated that not only can Latin be used, it should be used.

Current rules in the Catholic Church state that the Mass must be said in the language of the people of the area.
Therefore a Mass in Latin is actually against current rules but it is expected by many that Pope Benedict XVI may relax this rule soon.
The Archdiocese of Los Angeles celebrates the Mass in the following languages of the people:
American Sign Language
Arabic
Aramaic
Armenian
Cambodian
Chinese (Cantonese)
Chinese (Mandarin)
Croatian
French
Garifuna (Ukrainian-Byzantine)
