I need to lose weight... probably around 50 pounds. What's a good diet plan? A schedule would help! I want to lose it in about over a couple months!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Here's your best bet and easiest. Join Weight Watchers, (most successful diet ever if you stick to it!) and exercise. Try long walks, light aroebics or swimming. Even a little of each in a week would be great. This has to be a changer for good! Not a diet! Or the weight will come back and be harder to get rid of. I lost weight by following a little trick i learned. Eat diversly,(not too much of one thing),eat often, (small amounts throughout the day) and eat sparingly.(dont fill the plate twice and go back for more. And dont forget exercise. Very important! Also, dont set time tables! Remember, fat thats lost fast is usually water weight which you can put back on in half the time it took to loose it. Good luck!

I suggest you try the nutritionist that I used who advised which products were best and how to use them correctly. He supported me all the way through my weight loss plan.
