Stinky burps can be caused by a mild food intolerance. Try to keep track of when you get the burps and what you ate in the previous 12 hours. I'd guess that it is something you ate.
I also can get stinky burps, but they are followed by severe diarrhea. Mine can be caused by poultry, eggs, honey, cherries, or beets. I have to avoid those foods.

watch your food intake. For the smell, try not eating spicy foods or foods that contain acid.
Fruits and Veg's are fine.

Also, don't eat so fast. You should count for each bite of food. Sounds stupid, but, after a while your not thinking about it and your slowing your food process down.
