I am a Jehovah's Winess...why...because IT IS the TRUE religion...I was raised in the truth...but that is not why i am one...i strayed away for a while and did my own thing...only to be hurt in the end and then i really started to make the truth my own...not just read the Bible..but i EXAMINED...did RESEARCH...and knew it was the truth...there is no other religion in the entire earth like ours...we do not charge for anything...have no prejudices...we show love to all(no matter where you go in the world...if you find a witness they welcome you with open arms as if they knew you their whole life)...we are honest people...peaceful people...and we serve the most high Jehovah...which is a great honor and privilege...I love being a Jehovah's Witness and sharing my beliefs with others...it is the only thing that gives me LASTING SATISFACTION and happiness...

I too am a Witness. I was raised one, though I did not really decide it was for me till my late teens. I admit my parents were encouraging towards that end. For the record both my brothers are not Witnesses, so clearly it is not just being raised as one. Friends certainly provided help in making my decision. Some were/are Witnesses, some were/are Not.

Allot of it is because, firstly I want to follow the Bible. Also I look at the lives of those who do not follow the Bible and feel that my life is much better because of following it than not.

I'm a Jehovah Witness grow up all my life in this organization...i don't called it a religion its more a way of life. I see it has a BIG Family that all my brothers and sister are united all over the world with the same goal in mind. Even though I baptized when I was 22yrs and now I'm 25yrs I realize what James 4:17 meant to me and I was not scared to look for perfection on all my brothers or sister or in me...I just knew I needed to shape up and follow Jesus footsteps and get back in track. I already had the foundation just needed the structure to build my spirituality more and love my Family more by loving myself first by helping others find out that this is the best way to life. And teach them to learn to life with my Family and be part of The Jehovah Witnesses waiting for you with open arms to come home...

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses also. Although brought up in the truth I began to really make it my own between the ages of 10 to 12 . I dedicated my life to Jehovah and symbolized it by water baptism on May 18, 1968.
Looking forward to a spiritual feast in Mobile Alabama this summer.

I was born to parents who are Jehovah's Witnesses and as I was growing up, I met people of the same faith who later on became regular pioneers, circuit overseers, even district overseers. They (my parents and their witness friends) all made a big impression in my life that along with my studying the Bible, I made a decision to dedicate my life to Jehovah at the age of 10 and have no regrets whatsoever.

I searched and searched for God and love and justice and was certain it existed but could not find it. I explored religion after religion looking for an organization that truly followed the Bible and about 10 years after I gave up, they came knocking at my door. I found everything I had hoped for and more! I am a Jehovah's Witness and if you are alone and frustrated because you can't find true friends, true followers of Jesus or anything that makes sense in the world, know that we are looking for you and the angels of God are with us. Don't give up!! God loves you and we do too!!

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. While that may have been what my parents were, that did not automatically mean I would become one myself.

I read the Bible and compared what was being taught. Since what Jehovah's Witnesses comes from the Bible it was easy enough to see what I had to do.
