If your wearing long pants while you exercise its probably sweat that is building up in the pants. Which can cause the legs to get red. Try to wear loose fitting clothes that way sweat can leave your body, and doesn't get trapped. Also, If your not wearing long pants when you exercise then try to exercise in warmer conditions or get really really warm before you begin your real exercise.

Hope I helped :)

You need to take more time out to stretch. A lot of times the itching comes from working out intensely with a rise in body heat, especially if your body isn't use to it ssooo take it down a notch or two. You will eliminate the itching...Iits hard but...dont scratch it!!

Could be you are having a lot of excess of some kind of food, or chocolate. Even pops that have a lot of fructose in them, which are stronger than usual sugar, could be the cause. Eliminate processed foods and drinks that contain Fructose.
"High Fructose Corn Syrup: A mixture of glucose and fructose produced from corn. The most common form of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has 55 percent fructose and 45 percent glucose".
