find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to lose weight as most people say is a healthy diet and good excersice. Im sorry, but that is the easiest most effective way.

hi follow any good diet program or plan ur own diet with veggies,fat free dairy and fruits ...eat in portions....go for a walk or jog....i suggest u a small exercise which u can do at ur home and loose weight...
lye down on the floor raise ur arms..
bend and touch ur toe tips with ur finger tips....
go back to the position...
repeat it...
start with 30 or 40 and increase it day by day...
make it to 100
this will give ur belly a good shape...
