Indiana is really famous for corn. It has hundreds of corn fields throughout the entire state. Apples and apple cider become a really big deal during the fall but corn would be one thing Indiana is really known for.

Wow. Indiana is not really known for any particual food. Like the previous poster said, they are known for growing corn and that's about it.
I do know that Hoosiers like pork steak sandwiches. (don't ask me why, but they just do). They call it "pork tenderloin".
There is a large Amish population in the state. I don't know of may refrigerators that are EVER w/o good, homemeade apple butter. It is delicious and goes on anything - toast, biscuits, bagels, etc.
Other than that, I'm at a loss. I hope that helps a little, though!
