find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

With a sensible diet & exercise regime (see a trainer at a gym) you should be able to safely loose between about 1 pound and 6 pounds per week.
Do some aerobic exercise as well as free weights to build muscle which will increase your metabolism enabling you to burn more energy faster.

that is about 10 pounds per month / 2.25 per week.
ok.... 1 pound of fat is 3500 cals, so straight away, just by reducing your food intake by 500 cals per day will almost get you half way there...
eat more fibre, drink more water... this will enhance your bodys' function. burning calories more effectively. combine this by eating a little and often, speeding up your metabolism .
Eat acidic fruits and snack on nuts and seeds when peckish - taking in essential fats, fibre, vits and minerals - keeping your body burning.
perform some exercise - 20 mins per day, get some suggestions from www.macsfitness.co.uk.

walk alot now that its summer its perfect time to walk outside but dont beat ur self up if you dont lose 30 pounds by aug 31st and the number one thing is what ever you do dont stop eating!!!!!!!
