What should I do? I like him but dont know if he likes me.?

i have liked this guy whois on my brothers lacrosse team and I have liked him for a year. Well this year we have a class together and I thought that we might be able to start a relationship but I dont have the nerve to tell him the way I feel. I keep thinking about him and how we could have a potential relationship. But then I talked to someone and they said that he was a jerk but everytime hes near me hes really nice. I really like this guy and want to date him but I am nervous around him. I need help figuring out what to do.

i thought you said you didn't like him? I'm so confused! OK, i think that this guy sounds really sweet but maybe he's just shy. Does he talk to you often? if he does, then just try to keep the conversation going as long as you can. Once you feel you guys are good enough friends, then you can ask him on a casual date to say, play lacrosse with him and you and your brother. That way, you guys can hang out and get to know each other a little better. Don't give up. You should keep in contact over the summer too so you don't lose touch. Ask him to sign your yearbook at the end of the year and ask him to put his email address on their so you guys can chat. You should definitely ask him out, but only when you're confident enough to finally pop the question.

If you like him you should just ask him out. You'll never know unless you try. The worst thing he can do is say he's not interested but then at least you would know. If he is interested and you do start dating, I would also keep in mind that someone told you he was a jerk. Sometimes guys can seem nice, but once you get to know them, turn into jerks.

if the people u talked to about this are trustworthy friends of urs,then i would suggest that u don't let ur feelings stand in the way of rational thinking and judgement;it is easy for guys to act nice when they're after something they want by simply putting up a facade.have u talked to ur brother about this?
if u feel this much about him,the only thing u can do is give it a shot;go up to him and tell him how u feel.u never know what could happen,unless u try.it is primordial that u get to know him first before deciding u want to date,to avoid u getting into something u might regret later.

Now that you are in the same class together, you can ask him to study together for exams, etc. and see how he reacts. Ask your brother about him so you can at least find out whether he is seeing someone else right now. If he is interested in you, he would have asked about you already. Good luck!

Well if your freinds with him then be a bit more caoutious if your goin to ask him out or something. Because i had known a girl for a year and we got along pretty well but i started to like her. I liked her so much and still od and by the time i asked her out and told her i licked her she just ignores me. So if i were you i would wait longer.

If you are that nervous about talking to him..maybe you could get your brother to talk to him and hint around to him about him likeing you or even wanting to date ..or if you have a class together maybe you can write me anote telling him that you like him and maybe want to talk to him to see if hes interested or not
