America's War In Iraq.?

Question

So am I the only that thinks President Bush is being unreasonable about pulling troops out of Iraq. I've discussed this topic with others from America And Britain. We agree that if we don't get out of Iraq there is going to Governments trying to kill America and Britain. Please post your own opinions. But please make sure they are constructive.

It is absolutely essential that US troops be pulled out of Iraq ASAP. I envision a massive attack against the "Green Zone", sort of a "Custer's Last Stand" for our military, but not a seige akin to the French defeat at Dien Bien Phu. We will wake up some morning to learn that a massive assault is underway against the "Green Zone", and the US will have to mount a major rescue operation just to extract all the Generals, American civilians, and other noncombatants. This will probably happen sometime before September.

Ah, the war in Iraq. Tell me, do you prefer fighting them over there, or having them coming over here to fight us? THAT is really the question. Could things be handled better? You bet. There is always too much red tape, people are not feeling up to par and don't do their jobs as well as they should. Want to help? Make certain the media tells the TRUTH (OH, WOW! THE TRUTH) and not just carry out their agenda. It is not about oil; never was. If killing thousands of people is not enough, remember Adolf Hitler killed millions before people decided to do anything about it. Believe me, leaving Iraq alone will not prevent terrorists, or anyone else, from attacking our courtry or Great Britain. When you have something that others don's, they will try to get it anyway they can. THAT's what it is all about.
Be constructive? OK, support the troops, tell the naysayers to go home and find something useful to do, you prefer we fight it THEIR back yard, not ours.

I don't see the problem. Of course I don't think of it as Americas war or that its a war in Iraq. I think of it as Americans fighting terrorists all over the world. Today, Iraq. Tomorrow Iran and Syria. In that light its a war by free peoples against Islamic tyranny.

We can spend all the money and use our troops to defend our country - and to go after terrorists.

Dubya invading and occupying iraq is a terrorist recruiters wet dream - all of them want us to stay in iraq because as long as we are bogged down there - we can't effectively eliminate their terrorist networks around the world, and instead we increase support for them.

Every single one of the US security agencies released reports last year showing that the Iraq conflict has generated more terrorism - and has made us less safe.

Impeach Dubya (after impeaching Dick) and end this war - NOW!!

I wish we would have pulled out of Europe after 3,000 KIAs in WWII. If we had, Hitler likely would have exterminated the muzzies eventually and we wouldn't be dealing with their insane antics now...but I digress. To answer your question, no, you are not the only one who thinks that way.

We need to hand the rains over to there government, Help them here and there but give them the 99% control. We have trained them for some time and they still don't get it. They want us there they need to flip the bill of our armed forces over there.
