While I agree with Patricia that Texas drivers are perhaps the craziest... True Story: North of Austin, TX we were following an out-of-state driver driving the speed limit (70 mph, two lane highway). Three cars wanting to pass the guy, one took the normal passing lane, another decided to pass on the outside shoulder and the third went for the insider shoulder... at the same time... As I passed a minute later the guy was still stark white and shaking his head...
I am biased (being from Kansas and all) and think Missouri drivers are the worst and absolute stupidest...

I've been to nearly every state in the country and I'd have to say Michigan drivers are the worst.
Not only are the roads horrible, but they drive 85 minimum.
Pass on the right, don't use indicators, ride your tail if you're doing 75 (mind you, the speed limit on the freeways is 70)
And if they're not on their phone, eating, drinking, or giving you the finger, as they drive by, then they must be from out of state.

TEXAS!!! We cut people off way too much and OMG you never want to be on any inner state if you can help it. Even if its a person walking down the street everyone will slow way down to watch! They also pass people not only on the road but on the shoulder as well like its just another lane and no one cares if there is a break in the grass or not they will drive right through it. But in the end I still love Dallas!!!
