find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day

have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle

dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

Nothing is out of the question if it is important enough to you. We can typically find time for the things we want to do, or that are important to us.
Get up 30 mins earlier and exercise...or go for a walk at lunch, or squeeze in 10 mins of exercise several times during your day. Park far from work and the store and walk...always take the long route...take stairs instead of elevators...do butt clenches at your desk and in your car to tone your buns...
Eat healthy, cut out junk food and sodas and stuff you know is just empty calories...cut down on your portions and don't eat when you are bored or stressed (find something else to do).
Motivation should be your health and your appearance...if that isn't good enough, try to find a friend or join a gym or weight watchers or an online community that will be able to offer you support and encouragement.
Make a lifestyle change and stick with it...I've been there (topped out at well over 200 lbs yrs ago) and I made it through...you can to!

I started doing this bootcamp in the mornings for a workout. Most gyms have them, some churches, and some people that is the only thing the company does. I find it really motivating, because there are a lot of people so we can talk, there are plenty of people faster and stronger then me so I am motivated to improve, and if you show up late you have to do extra pushups which is also motivation. Anyway, I really enjoy it and I sweat a lot every morning! As far as diet, I suggest weight watchers. It isn't too strict; you get to make your own choice and if you want that piece of cake it is ok but that means a salad for lunch. Also you might look at www.sparkpeople.com it is free and is pretty good.

You will, for a at the same time, till your frame turns into familiar with the diminished calorie consumption and begins putting onto fats reserves to hold you alive. Without undertaking you will not simply lose fats, however muscle tone. There is little factor doing matters through halves. If you wish outcome, you realize what you have got to do and that's mix shrewd consuming with a slight quantity of undertaking. Having stated that, fifteen mins skipping on a every day foundation is an overly well basis so I most likely could no longer describe this as no undertaking. Don't get so hung up on weight reduction - fats loss is what is needed. You might lose a stone of fats however reap a stone of muscle. The scales could learn the equal however your entire garments could have compatibility larger, you could appear and think larger and also you could burn extra energy even at relaxation. Take care

Eat one triple burger with 4 peices of cheese on it, 10 cups of french fries that were deep fried in grease, then get a 36 oz. soda, it needs to be Dr. Pepper. Then for lunch, eat 2 chocalate cakes, the big kind that is, and 10 reese cups, with a snickers bar, with a nice big mountain dew code red to wash it down, then a sald for lunch, then you eat, fat free ranch dressing with carrots and crotons and cheese and steak meat in it too for protein that supports strong bone and spread nesquick mix all over it too.
lol, just kidding, heres really what to do.
Breakfast: 1 celery stick, bottle of water, and a crumb from a fat-free cracker.
Lunch: 2 bottles of water, 1 peice of corn, and a slice of lettuce, and one slice of tomatoe.
Dinner: 3 bottles of water, 1 grape, 1 celery stick, and a crumb from a fat-free and sugar-free cookie.
If you get the munchies at night, then eat 1 more celery stick, and a bottle of water.
Also, take vitamins, and throughout the day, drink water and make yourself really full.
For exercise, run 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon, 1 hour in the evening, 30 minutes of weight lifting, 10 miles of biking, and 5 hours of walking non-stop.
Good luck, and I hope it works for you.
