One suggestion I can give (if you are a wine drinker) is to make your wine into a spritzer. But here is a list of calories (per shot), perhaps this will give you more perspective.

Light beer, wine/wine spritzers. Mike's Light Hard Lemonade has something like 78 cals in a bottle. Also, Crystal Light is a great mixer--my favorite is Crystal Light lemonade and Stoli Strawberry vodka. It's awesome!

The best thing to drink on a diet is either LIGHT beer or Bicardi Rum and Diet coke. That's what I drank all weekend. No hangover either :)

rum and diet soda or glass of wine. both have zero carbs. Well...wine is less than 1 gram I think...very tiny amount.

I used to order vodka and water... and then put a crystal light packet in it!! it was good!! :)
