I bought my tv from Best Buy about a month ago, and ever since I had it delivered, there has been a "blue haze" that shows up off and on, and all over sometimes, on my screen. On all inputs too. Sharp sent out the TV Doctor Tech., and he thought that it needed a software upgrade, but one wasn't available. What could cause this blue haze thing? Everything else seems to work fine.

There should be no blue haze. Some Sharp Aquos TVs have shown vaying degrees of non-uniformity (banding) that can be visible in some scenes. Sharp has replaced such TVs; they should do the same for you. You can find posts on the AVS forum from users that have had their sets exchanged. Don't give up, deal with Sharp directly, until you get a set that works properly.
