you would have to give an example. The bible covers everything in regards to conduct.

There are several rules that come into play on this: the first is the "Golden Rule". Do to others what you want them to do to you. Would you want to have this done to you?
The other is the "offense" rule. If your action is going to cause someone else to be offended or hurt, then it is wrong. The apostle Paul talks about how he had no trouble eating food that had been part of a sacrifice to idols. (That was how the priest made money, they sold the meat from the sacrfices in the marketplace. But there were people who did have an issue with that. So Paul did not do it because it offended others.
A third rule is the "conscience" rule. If you know in your heart that something is "bad", then it is a sin for you to do it. If it "violates your conscience", then it is a sin.
If you think about, the Bible could not possbile list everything that is a sin. Drunk driving was not an issue until cars were invented, so it is no mentioned in the Bible. (What's a car?) Shooting people was not an issue until the gun was invented. New thing will appear in the next few generations that we never thought of that will be "sins".
So the Bible also gives guidelines that can be used as society, technology, etc, change.

Not necessarily. Running over somebody with your car wasn't covered in the Bible but I'm sure plenty of people would consider it to be bad.

the Bible says in one verse, "Everything is permissible for m e, but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible for me, but i will not be mastered by anything."
Basically it means anything not forbidden by God can be practiced, as long as it does not become sinful or more important that our relationship with Him.
Oh this should be good, hearing what things people can think of to do under this verse. Any perversion is covered of course by sexual immorality and "the golden rule".

no. like the Bible doesn't say we should not use biochemical warfare on innocent civilians, which is a specific way of killing people, but it does say "thou shalt not murder/kill"which refers to malicious and/or unlawful killing
it also doesn't say "do not use technology to alter the genetic composition of organisms, infusing genetic strands from one creature into another", but it does say not to try and breed different kinds of animals. sometimes you just have to use the "best fit" method and use common sense.

No, "man should be anxiously engaged in a work" also "he that is commanded in all things is a slothful and not a wise servant. Don't look for the bad you can do look for the good you should do.

No, the Bible says to avoid the very apperance of evil, if you know it is evil you should avoid it.
And since you said it was bad, then you know it is evil.

Define "bad". Are you saying that it's bad according to your own conscience or worldly laws?
If it hurts noone in the process, including yourself, and if the Bible doesn't state that it's "bad" then don't worry about it.
