Here we go again, I have Psoriasis and I make sure that all my clothing is 100% cotton as man made fibers tend to cause it to itch. Then try taking Omega 3 or Evening Primrose Oil everyday for at least six months and see if that has any affect. Try and use a 'lemon' soap, find this really helps with the scales.

I have psoriasis and the only thing that really works for me besides prescriptions is Psoriasin Gel. You can get it at the drugstore or even WalMart. I usually put some on right after I get out of the shower. If the itching starts again, put some more on.

i would recommend that first answer! If thats not what you are down with, Try some fresh aloe vera and/or room temp oatmeal works. rub it on where it itches and let it sit until you feel no itching or go to the doctor to get medicated stuff(most medicines are over priced things you can find in nature)
