I have done a lot of research on this, and yes there is a chance implants will affect breast feeding. Check out this site...

It's a great website that talks in depth about this very subject. I came across it when I was looking for answers about whether or not I would be able to breast feed after a breast reduction. Any surgery to your breasts has the potential to affect breast feeding. Do a lot of research before you do anything drastic. Be absolutely sure its something you want to do before you move forward, cause there's no turning back once it's done. Even the best surgeons are not perfect, and you can never be sure of your results.
I had a lot of complications with my surgery that I was never warned of, and as a result I may not be able to breast feed. I never thought it would bother me as much as it has, but there's nothing I can do about it now.
Good luck! I hope you can learn to love and accept yourself without the surgery. Fake boobs tend to look pretty fake, and I'm sure you look beautiful just the way you are!

it depends on where they are at. Behind the muscle implants are usually fine, but those on top of the muscle can cause problems. If you have them now, talk to a lactation nurse for advice. If you are thinking about them, maybe wait until you have kids. everything will be stretched out and need to be "repositioned" after birth anyway, lol!

I watched something on the discovery channel and one of the doctors said that if you could breat feed before you got implants than you can after so it should be ok to get them.

If you go to a reputable plastic surgeon then you should have no problems. Tell your surgeon that you wish to breast feed and they will advise you accordingly.
