Do you all think that Hell is here on Earth where we are now.And Heaven is up there where God is.

no. Hell isn't in this universe exactly. like Heaven, it's a place, but not-physical and is meant for souls. not in our 'dimension' or 'realm'.
Heaven again is also not in this 'dimension' or 'realm' and yes, God's presense resides there.
we are on earth. born here, made here, earth. not Hell. we end up in one of them, but neither is here. why would Hell be nice some of the time?

Biblically-speaking, Heaven will be on earth. The City of God will descend from the sky to become the capitol of God's Kingdom on Earth. This is part of why Jesus said, "The meek shall inherit the Earth."

Heaven and Hell are both on Earth... when one is happy like winning a lottery, its like Heaven and when one is unhappy like losing a loved one, it is like Hell

Nope. Heaven (to use your analogy) is here on earth. We have everything we need for survival and then some. Up in space, it's pretty barren.

We all live in a state of heaven and hell . When we die no punishment no reward.

No, now is the testing-grounds, we are doing our choices-good or evil, love or hate, sin or grace.
Heaven is where God is, where love is where good is where grace is.
Hell is where God is not, where there is hate and sin and evil.
