I am wanting to have my fiance's name tattooed on my back and cannot find it translated into Arabic anywhere.

Everyone who wrote it out did so correctly, but none of them mentioned to you that in Arabic it will be spelled with an F sound because there is no V in Arabic.
Also you should know that in Arabic tradition it is considered VERY wrong to tattoo your body, so you may want to think twice about that...seems weird that you'd do something against a tradition in its own language.

oh for heaven's sake it's considered wrong bcoz its just bad for the skin...but its not taboo...
okay about the pronounciation of the 'v'...
see that letter: ف ? See the dot? Well, instead of one dot, put three dots...in a triangular form...
That should do it...
