Since I"m not sure if he did or not, I really can't say.

But what really changed back then? Did any poverty go away? Did any crime diminish or disappear? Did wars cease? Did people become more humane and understanding? No, they did not. What changed was that a new religion was formed, and that by itself had a huge impact on all history and in our lives today... and this is true whether or not the facts of the religion are true.

Well, looking at those who dont appreciate the fact that he did die........most people wouldnt realize the situation of their life until judgment day! Having the Holy Spirit as your guide through each day is awesome and personal experience, .....so if i had to say, it would be like hell....and if you dont realize it now, you will soon enough.

But, I'd probably still be trying to do unto others.

Better since we wouldn't have had that period called the "Dark Ages" where the Church took over everything and society went *backwards*.

No different because I do not see him as divine, I merely see him as a social motivator who pissed off the establishment and was put to death for political reasons.
