I'm especially interested in the heavy-duty miracles, like turning the Nile River into blood, which was in Moses' time.

You could try to get a biology degree from a christian university:
don't know if this one will fulfil all your criteria, but it seems to teach you about creationism.
e.g. BIO 301 Evolutionary Theory (3)
Definitions, philosophical problems, critique of evidences, postulated mechanisms, phylogenetic pathways, and analysis of the biblical texts relating to creation. Prerequisite: one year of biological or geological science.

You speak in derision but Most of the Major private colleges offer all degrees in Theology. Chambridge Biology(genetics) dept--psychology dept--and Theology dept work hand in hand--check their findings and lecture on theology and genetics; theology and the psychological model of God.
Higher education recognize God
