Well....any tips on eating and weightloss? Not about exercise...just about eating.

Well the key idea is portion control. It's not so much what you eat, but how much.

Remember this, it takes at least thirty minutes for your body to tell your brain that you are full. If you scarf down a whole lot of food in 15 minutes and find yourself miserable later, take it as a lesson. You ate more than your stomach could hold but your brain didn't know you were full yet. That's why if you eat slow and at the end of the meal, you find it hard to take another bite...your brain has registered that you are full.

I eat slow for this very reason. I don't want to eat more than I have to, so I take small bites, take swallows of drink every few bites or so and I don't pile so much on my plate. If I'm still hungry after I've cleaned my plate, I can always go back and get some more.

I can't offer any advice on what you eat because honestly...though there are foods that you can eat that will help you lose weight (look up the 6-week body makeover and look into that if you can afford it), I think it's really keeping a balance.

Oh and I think it's better to get into a regular exercise routine before you start cracking down on trying to eat certain things.

Okay, it's not ALL about portion control here. It DOES matter what you eat. Just because you ONLY eat half of a double cheeseburger, doesn't mean you are on your way to weight loss. If you want to lose weight strictly by dieting and no excercise, it's going to be hard and you aren't going to have too many delicious meals.

But if you are willing to just power through the meals and dedicate yourself, here is your daily menu:

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 piece of fruit, and 8-16 ounces of ice water.

Snack- Either 1 piece of fruit, OR one can of tuna fish with no mayonnaise. And 8-16 ounces of ice water.

Lunch- Salad. EASY on the dressing. 8-16 ounces of ice water.

Before dinner- 8-16 ounces of ice water.

Dinner- Boneless, skinless chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and one other item of your choice ( here is where you COULD cheat). And yes, another 8-16 oz. ICE water.

Sorry, no delicious cheesecake for dessert.

Let me know how it works out for you.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
