What is good food in italy?
Any suggestions on what I should grab to eat right about now, I'm in Italy!

Turin Chocolate is something that is out of this world but is very difficult to find outside of Italy. Agnolotti is my best pasta and fritto misto is wonderful if you are not to squemish about eating the ingredients.

8. Cuttle fish in its ink with a good portion of polenta
9. artichokes - any way you make them: from Sicily, Rome, Tuscany and the ones (castraure) from sant Erasmo in the Venetian lagoon.

Pasta con sarde, if you go to Sicily. It is the national dish there.
Otherwise, you will find all Italian food fine. Seafoods are exceptional. My wife and I went to Cortina a couple of years ago, and even in the winter we found great seafood.
Also, anything with lots of native cheeze.

Pretty much anything to eat in Italy is good (if not fantastic). If you haven't already, try a calzone....so yummy. Had one in Florence....if Florence wasn't interesting at all (which it is) or beautiful, I would still go back just for the calzones...
