Is it better to eat small healthy snacks, like cheese and fruit, throughout the day, or sit down and eat a small meal at least 3 times per day?

its better to eat small meals every 2-3h. that way your body gets enough calories to easily transfer them into energy and not have any left to store in fat reserves which happens when you eat 3 big meals.

Grazing like a cow is not the best way to eat. Sitting down, eating a meal, and stopping is better. Eating all day does not increase your metabolism LOL. Putting food into your mouth all day is a bad habit.
