An account that must be paid in full each month (Amex, Diner's Club, etc.) is a CHARGE account or card.

Most American Express (Amex) and Diners CLub accounts are like this. I can not remember the correct financial term but i do believe they are considered to be more of a line of creidt than an actual credit card. I have no idea what a change card is as I have never heard of that but i feel confident rejecting it as an answer.
