Do you have problems reading the blackboard or your books?
Yes? Possible eyesight problems requiring glasses to correct. This can cause headaches.
If you are having problems with reading either, your mind will wander because of the hard work involved - no one likes working hard for minimal gain, so your mind will wander.
Additionally...mind wandering - does it wander onto one, any, or all members of the opposite sex? That's called Puberty, and the hormones running amok in your system are screaming "Procreate," drowing out other thought processes...especially when you are in the company of someone you are physically attracted to! Once your bod becomes accustomed to the increased levels of gender specific hormones flooding you, the wandering mind will reduce, but never go away.
If these don't seem to be likely causes and descriptions, you will want to make an oppointment with a school councilor, or your Family Practicioner (MD) to discuss it with him/her.
Good luck with whatever the problem ends-up being!

As stupid as this is going to sound to you... Are you drinking ample amounts of water? Research shows that most people don't drink enough H20 which can result in lack of concentration and headaches, it could be as simple as that.
Also worry and stress can effect you in the same way but to be honest the best thing you can do is visit you doctor who will rule out any physical causes and assist with any mental health issues you may have.
As for your mum she probably just doesn't realise how badly you are feeling. Sit her down and have a quiet chat it may be all you need to make her understand fully.
Good luck!

I am not being condescending but it sounds like the teenaged years that all of us have experienced. Enjoy your years of daydreaming, once you get a job you don't have time. If the headaches are bad go and see an optician or a doctor as it could be a symptom of something else. Don't get depressed though.

Maybe your worry too much. If not and you have random thoughts, either draw, write, or talk about it. Try to keep yourself busy with positive things and people. It may be in your head but you can do something good about it. Once you get it out in good way like writing about it, you may not get as many headaches. Wish you the best!

it sounds like a case of stress or panic, i think you started with a couple of headaches which we all get and its quite normal but you have got worked up about it and now are in a bit of panic, try and relax and forget about it and if you get a headache get a good painkiller and see if it helps, you can always talk to your doctor if you are really worried and they should set your mind at rest.

you may have an attention deficit. Don't worry about it. Try and eat more vegetables and exercise a little. Also you may have lots of hormones buzzing around your body at the moment but that's just natural too.
