The F22 was not designed to dogfight it was design to blow the other plane out of the sky, beyond visual range, and before the other plane knew it was there. That said it does have impressive characteristics for dogfighting as does the Euro Fighter.

What it all comes down to in a dog fight is the pilots, and a good pilot will find a way to use the advantages of his plane and the disadvantages of the opponents plane to get a victory.

Well, the question doesn't make sense, if you think about it. both of these are modern fighter aircraft whch DO NOT engage in dogfight. Dogfight, as a way of fighting in the air, has slowly been in recession since the missile technology started to develop, and has been obsolete for more than a decade. Still, every pilot is trained in dogfight combat because, you never know what would the situation in armed confflict demand of him. Every side claims their aircraft is superior - both have moder targeting system capable of hitting multiple targets at th same time, both are highlymanouverable because they are controlled by computer systems, but noone will tel for sure until they engage in direct conflict. And you'll have to wait until two enemy countries buyy these aircraft, because it is unlikely that USA and EU wll be in war soon..
P.S. Spitfire was presumed to be advanced to Zero fighter, but hey were in a big surprise when they first confronted the Jpanese pilots.. so you can never tell for sure, as I said.

No present weapon system can lock on to the F-22. To hit the F-22, it would have to be either luck or done visually. As soon as the Typhoon was in range, the Typhoon would be shot at and chances are the Typhoon wouldn't know what hit it. In mock fighting it was 4 F-18s vs 1 F-22 and even with those kinds of odd, it was 144-0 "kills."

jointly because it would be a possibility for the hurricane to beat the Raptor, i detect it very not likely. As others have stated, those simulated dogfights are in line with assumptions of the guidance it is publicly obtainable approximately each jet. The Raptor has far greater suitable factors than maximum folk understand approximately that makes it, for my section, the baddest mofo jet in the sky available precise now and for that reason unbeatable. What application substitute into this with the aid of the way? I particularly plenty have the MC on 24/7 and did not see this.
