Firstly drink more. For quickest relief drink something like Pedialyte. This is for infants and young children who have become dehydrated quickly, possibly because of diarrhea. It works for everyone though. Besides the water it also has the electrolytes that your body is missing.

You can find it on the children's isle in just about any grocery store. (Where they keep pampers and baby food and the like.)

the cramping is not only caused by dehydration, it is also an imbalance in electrolytes (particularly potassium). Increase your fluid intake and either eat or drink citrus fruits, tomatoes or bananas they are high in potassium.
