melamine poisoning pet food?

Our 7yr "young" male Boston Bull Terrier, suddenly got kidney failure, bladder incontinance,rapid weight loss,now..he regularly upchucks....have mercy on BARTLY BOY....how can we treat this illness...??? a cure ?? Please advise...signed.."desperate"
