find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hey, I just started working for a Public Relations company who was turned on to a new product called FBCx. It stands for Fat Binding Complexer and pronounced F-bex. i used to swim daily before too but i didn't lose weight either. partly because you're getting heavier because you're developing muscles, and maybe because you're not lessening food intake. it doesn't matter that you're exercising if you're not lessening food. take it from me, you have to eat less. i was about 150 before too. now i'm 130. i lost about 20 pounds in 3 months because i lessened my carbs. it's even gonna be faster cause you're exercising regularly. good luck with the weight loss.

u can run a block or 5 blocks around your house every day thats what i do and i only weight 122 pounds....and i feel great

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
